Reinstating the Right of Doctors to Protect Patients

In 2019, SB 276 and SB 714 gave the state the unprecedented power to override the professional judgement of physicians and surgeons. Our proposed bill would protect at-risk children from adverse events from vaccines, and would protect the primacy of the doctor-patient relationship by affirming the physicians and surgeons’ professional judgement in providing medical exemptions from immunizations to their patients.

Fix or Halt the LAUSD COVID-19 Testing and Tracing Program
